Ham and Swiss Cheese Picnic Sandwich

Ham and Swiss Cheese Picnic Sandwich

I am a firm believer that you are a product of your up-bring.   I believe this for many reasons but mainly because everything that a person does is somehow ingrained in them from the time they were young.  Take for example, picnics.  I love picnics.  Ever since I was a young child I remember going on picnics.  It didn’t have to be summer either, there were picnics in the fall and winter as well, I enjoyed them all.  Now, if I had not been on picnics when I was younger or if they were awful picnics I would probably not be a great lover of them.  I do love them though and I have my up-bringing to thank for that 🙂  If you ever have the chance to have a picnic in the winter I highly recommend it, they are so much fun.

These sandwiches are perfect for picnics.  You may easily prepare them and pack them up and head to the beach, meadow or berry patch and have a lovely picnic.  If you are lucky enough to have a wonderful picnic basket you could also add a lot more to your menu but if you are limited in what you can bring these sandwiches are a must.
